I have a firewall, which ports need to be open on my network to be able to use giants’ VoIP service?

You will need to make sure data being passed through the below ports in your firewall to be able to effectively use giants’ VoIP service(s). We recommend the following ports to be open for your service to operate effectively.

Service	Port
Cloud Management Portal	tcp/80 and tcp/443
SIP	udp/5060, tcp/5060
PJSIP	udp/5080, tcp/5081
RTP (Audio)	udp/10000 to udp/20000 for RTP (audio).
SIP TLS	tcp/5061
PJSIP TLS	tcp/5081
